The Northbrook Royal Ambassadors meet every Wednesday from 6:15 to 7:45 pm behind Northbrook Church in the RA trailer. The exception is the 1st Wednesday of each month where we join the church body for first Wednesday fellowship meal. On the meal night the RAs help clean up afterward.

RA's and the Pirogue
In our meetings this winter and spring we are building boats, learning books of the Bible, mission happenings and camping hiking trips.
We are building a real 13 foot pirogue row boat this year! This will take several months to finish.

10:30 am in the back parking a competition, includes racing individually crafted, newly built racers (pinewood derby cars). Style contest and Knot tying contest.
Grill hotdogs and hamburgers and enjoy lunch together.

Overnight rustic Camping & Hiking Trip to Nathan Bedford Forrest State Park. Leave the church at 7:30 Saturday May 2nd and return to church Sunday after lunch May 3rd.

September 2009 RA Awards Recognition Banquet
During the First Wednesday meal of September the awards for 2008-2009 calender year were awarded to each Royal Ambassador. The graduating RAs to youth group were recognized as well as the upcoming new 1st graders.
Royal Ambassador Camp-O-Ree
Dates Oct. 17 - 18, 2009 Linden TN
I received this return email from Mike Freeman Royal Ambassador Director when I asked him how many people were at the Camp-O-Ree this year.
In total, we had 765 people.
632 of them were RA Leaders and RAs. 388 of that number them were RA age kids. We had several Challenger Age boys, but I don't have that number at this time. 119 were volunteers and the rest were either missionaries or mission interest individuals.
